Matt and I are very excited to add these beautiful eco-friendly jute tote bags with leather handles to our on-line store and also support one of our favorite local charities as well!

I was introduced to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy 20+ years ago. I previously served on their Board of Directors, I was a former Board Chairperson and former Auction Chair. Matt and I have continued to be supporters of the Boys & Girls Club. We are amazed at all of the great work their Board of Directors and Staff continue to do day after day making a difference in the lives of the children who rely on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy.

Once our Olive Oil and produce business started to take off, we wanted to do something revolving around food and one of our favorite charities, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy, CA. In speaking with their staff, we found there are many children who do not have enough food for themselves and their families on weekends or during school breaks. Thinking about this reality of families without enough food really hurt our hearts.

Matt and I talked in depth about how we wanted to support the Boys & Girls Club, but also make it meaningful and connected to what we do, “Share Good Food”. When our daughter, Madison designed the logo for the shopping bag a light went off and we thought it was a perfect nexus to our business and donating the funds needed to purchase food for these families in need.

For every shopping bag that is sold, we will donate $5.00 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy to purchase food for their families. Our goal is to sell 100+ bags a month and continue to grow that number as quickly as possible.
